Your website needs improvement-
it crashes when sending payment &
also again once payment goes
through it doesn’t always load
correctly and get message of a
fault with payment even though
payment has gone through (by
checking online banking).
It could cause other less savvy
customers to send payment twice
and cause undue stress.
Missing item last time I ordered
but didn’t realise until after
we had eaten and too tired to
phone you as we had already eaten
so no point in waiting around for
a bhaji to be delivered.
We were also left waiting an
extra 10-15 minutes for the food
to be ready as we chose to
collect the food, would be
helpful if you could update your
website so we could get live
accurate timings please :)
Would be helpful if you could put
a description for what all items
are eg what the sundries items
are so it makes it quicker &
simpler to order so your not
having to google all the time
what each item actually consists
of eg Jaal naan, peshwari naan.
The food is really lovely and
tasty and would highly recommend
your business to family &

and ordering online - brilliant
idea and really incentivises
